By creating an account or using Beancruncher you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Beancruncher on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.
Beancruncher provides tools to import, report on, value, forecast and convert financial data. Outputs — including AI-generated commentary, valuations and bank-statement conversions — are provided to assist qualified professionals and must be reviewed by you before you rely on or share them. They are not audited, not assurance, and not a substitute for professional judgement or advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, for having the right to process any third-party (client) data you upload, for keeping your login credentials and two-factor device secure, and for complying with applicable laws (including data-protection law) when using the service.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, upload unlawful content or malware, or use it to process data you are not entitled to.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beancruncher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on outputs you did not independently verify.
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
